Our climate-controlled units are equipped with central air conditioning to keep temperatures and humidity levels within a specified range. Be sure to ask for climate-controlled units when storing leather furnishings, artworks, sensitive electronics, items that could melt, important documents or other personal items which could be damaged by extreme FL temperatures.
We have digital video cameras that record 24/7 to help provide peace of mind to our customers.

Your monthly rent is due on the 1st of each month. First month's rent (at move-in) is prorated.
1. We ask that you provide a five-day notice before your moveout date.
2. You will need to completely empty out your unit, including any garbage, packing materials and debris. Any remaining items may result in a disposal fee that will need to be paid immediately.
3. You must remove your lock. If your lock is left on your unit, you will continue to be billed each month, because we will have no way to check if it has been emptied.
4. You will need to sign a "move-out form" that states that you are moved out.
The security of your belongings is a top priority. We have closed-circuit Video Cameras that record our facility 24 hours per day. You will be issued your own private gate access code for your safety. Tailgaiting is not allowed. You must avoid tailgating into or out of the facility (behind another customer) so that we have an accurate record of who is on the property. We ask that you do not allow others to tailgate you into the property. We also ask that you report any suspicious activity on the property and make sure you securely lock up your unit each time you leave. Following these security practices will help ensure the safety of your belongings, and the belongings of others as well.
If your rental account is current, you will be able to access your unit 24/7 every day, even on holidays.
